Once home to Flynn, the fully renovated and lavish residence above the Sunset Strip was purchased by Moby and Stacey Bendet for $2.95 million and the 2400-square-foot property was sold off in 2014 for $2.85 million, even though the listed price was around $5.95 million. The insurance papers were properly worked out and the house now belongs to someone who is not as famous as the previous owners.
