Diane Keaton was the actress all directors wanted to cast in their movies. She was immensely talented which was proven in 1977 when she won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in Annie Hall. She has taken more of a back step to acting recently, although that hasn’t stopped her from appearing in a string of movies. Her hobby and side job, which is more just smart investing (likely on the advice of her financial adviser) is that involving real estate. She is very successful and has created quite the portfolio of properties. We wonder if she gets a special kind of homeowners insurance due to the number of properties she develops.
