Jeff Bezos – $165 Million, Beverly Hills
Jeff Bezos, world’s richest man, has a massive real-estate portfolio. He has lavish properties spread across the country, from Washington to NYC. He became 28th largest land owner in the US in 2017, which encouraged him further to invest in real estate. Two years later, he invested another $80 million in three different NYC properties. Recently, he also bought a $165 million property from David Geffen. This property covers an area of nine-acres located in Beverly Hills. It’s easily the most expensive home that Jeff has owned so far.
