Kelly McGillis
She was Charlie in Top Gun, and Rachel in Witness, both great films of the ‘80s in which she was the female lead. That is what makes Kelly McGillis so memorable, and that is why a lot of you might be wondering why she has not been appearing in a lot of films lately. It’s speculated McGillis took a small hiatus from acting to take care of her family around 2014, which is backed by the fact that the actress appeared in just one supporting role for the following two years. She returned in 2017 with a role in the TV movie titled An Uncommon Grace and in a prominent role in the film Maternal Secrets. She is also supposedly due to appear in the drama film Julie Loves to Gamble, although the film is still in pre-production. It seems her $7.5 million net worth is not enough to go into retirement just yet. If you are a fan like us, her return to the screen is great news!
