When Ice, Ice Baby was released, it became an iconic song in the hip-hop world and is a classic even today – all thanks to Vanilla Ice for creating that thumping song. In spite of the millions of records sold, it was apparent that Vanilla Ice was a one-hit-wonder. When his rap career didn’t flourish as he expected, Ice ventured into another area: real estate. Since launching his real estate website, he has made big profits from selling his own properties. His real estate skills are also showcased in DIY‘s TV show The Vanilla Ice Project.
