Baby do Brasil, também conhecida por muitos como Baby Consuelo, é uma das maiores cantoras e compositoras já vistas no Brasil. Ela alcançou o sucesso em 1969 ao lado de Luiz Galvão, Paulinho Boca de Cantor e Moraes Moreira.
Juntos, eles formaram a banda Os Novos Baianos e marcaram toda uma geração com sua música e estilo marcantes. Os anos de 1980 certamente foram um marco na carreira de Baby do Brasil, já que foi nessa época que a cantora deu os primeiros passos em sua carreira solo. Atualmente, já próxima de completar 70 anos, Baby segue na ativa realizando shows pelo Brasil.
