Josef Hickersberger: ehemaliger Fußballspieler und heutiger Fußballtrainer, 6 Millionen Euro
Der Niederösterreicher Josef Hickersberger begann seine Karriere in der obersten österreichischen Fußballliga bei Austria Wien. Mit diesem Traditionsverein gelang es ihm zwei Mal, den österreichischen Cup zu gewinnen. Dazu wurde er zweimal österreichischer Meister und einmal Vizemeister. Er spielte auch in der deutschen Bundesliga und nahm an zwei Fußball-WMs teil. Nach Beendigung seiner Fußballerlaufbahn arbeitete er erst einmal zwei Jahre lang als Redakteur und Kolumnist, bevor er als Spielertrainer wieder einstieg.
Bald wurde er Trainer der österreichischen Nationalmannschaft. Nach Beendigung dieser Zusammenarbeit ging er in den Nahen Osten, wo er einen Großteil seines auf 6 Millionen Euro geschätzten Vermögens erwarb. Danach war er wieder Nationaltrainer bei Österreich und nach einem weiteren Stint in arabischen Ländern arbeitet er jetzt als Fernsehkommentator.
