Als die Pfunde begannen zu purzeln, gewann er an Motivation und begann mit regelmäßigen Sporteinheiten wie Radfahren. Heute ist Sachs 34 Kilogramm leichter, wirkt vitaler und hat einen gesünderen Alltag, der ihn sichtbar glücklicher macht.
