Detlef Soost
Detlef “D!” Soost ist ein erfolgreicher Choreograf, der einem breiten Publikum durch die Castingshow “Popstars” bekannt wurde. Trotz seines bewegten Berufs hatte er über die Jahre hinweg stark zugenommen, bis er sogar unter Atemproblemen und extremer Erschöpfung litt, was ihn dazu motivierte, sein Leben radikal zu verändern. Mit einem strukturierten Diät- und Trainingsplan stellte er seine Ernährung um und setzte auf gesunde, portionierte Mahlzeiten wie mageres Hühnchen, frisches Obst und Kohlsuppe.
Parallel dazu absolvierte er ein intensives Fitnessprogramm, das ihm dabei half, über 20 Kilo abzunehmen und Muskeln aufzubauen. Er nutzte sein Erfolgskonzept auch geschäftlich, denn er verkauft es mittlerweile an andere Menschen, die auch erfolgreich abnehmen möchten.
