Reiner Calmund
Wenn man von Abnehmerfolgen spricht, kann man Reiner Calmund nicht auslassen. Er hat eine der beeindruckendsten körperlichen Transformationen der letzten Jahre erreicht. Der ehemalige Fußballmanager war als echtes Schwergewicht bekannt und unterzog sich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen einer Magenbypass-Operation. Daraufhin nahm er fast 100 Kilogramm ab. Mit einem Höchstgewicht von 180 Kilogramm reduzierte er sein Gewicht auf 83 Kilogramm.
Damit schaffte er es, seine Gesundheit nachhaltig zu verbessern. Nach der Operation folgten Ernährungsanpassungen und eine strukturierte Bewegungstherapie, um seinen Gewichtsverlust zu unterstützen. Heute fühlt sich Calmund fitter und vitaler als je zuvor, auch wenn er wieder etwas zugenommen hat und heute 105 Kilogramm wiegt. Trotzdem ist er eine Inspiration für viele.
