Wenn Essen zur Kalorienfalle wird
Lange Zeit wussten Lexi und Danny, dass ihr Lebensstil problematisch war, doch der Antrieb zur Veränderung fehlte ihnen schlichtweg. Statt zu kochen, ließen sie sich das Essen einfach nach Hause liefern. Auch Danny hatte stark zugenommen und wog inzwischen 208 Pfund, denn ebenso wie Lexi liebte er es, ungesunde Leckereien zu genießen. Die beiden besuchten oft Restaurants mit All-you-can-eat-Angeboten und machten das Essen zu ihrer liebsten Freizeitbeschäftigung. Das Hobby wurde allmählich zur Gewohnheit und schließlich zu einem echten Risiko – Startschuss für einen radikalen Wandel. Und was ist aus den beiden geworden?
