Matt Lauer is one of those lucky people who was able to buy a mansion that Richard Gere owned once. This Hamptons mansion is worth $30.5 million and we’re sure Matt didn’t have to take out a loan to grab this property. At this price, Matt got 1,400 sq-ft house with 12 bedrooms and same number of bathrooms.
The residence was originally built in 1992 but went under rigorous renovations a few years back. A large waterfront, a beautiful pool, and a deepwater dock are just a few of the amenities that Matt gets to enjoy while living in this grand mansion.
