Over the years, many Tinseltown couples met their significant others while filming a TV program or movie, much like award-winning actor Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson. Their love story isn’t unheard of, yet it’s worth noting that fate surely had plans of getting them together one way or another since their spark was undeniable.
The ‘Forrest Gump’ star feels exceptionally blessed to cross paths with Rita since his love life was going nowhere at the time. After his first marriage fell through, Tom knew he had to make some changes if he hoped to make his union with Rita last. Good thing his plan worked!
