Recycling Takes a Ride
Have you ever seen a train car that looks like it’s been taken over by a mountain of recycling? Apparently, moving waste via rail is four times more fuel-efficient than using trucks, but this might be pushing it to the extreme. Fellow commuters can only shake their heads in disbelief as they navigate around these massive bags of plastic bottles and cans.
It’s almost like the train has become a mobile recycling center! One has to wonder how long the passengers can hold their breath—if there are any. At this rate, they might just end up on a new reality show called “Survivor: Commuter Edition!”
