James Corden es muy popular en estos días por presentar su propio programa de entrevistas llamado The Late Late Show with James Corden. Corden nunca fue realmente delgado y había luchado contra el sobrepeso casi toda su vida. En un momento dado, el presentador llegó a pesar 315 libras y fue entonces cuando decidió empezar a perder peso de una vez por todas.
En lugar de cirugías, Corden cambió sus hábitos alimenticios, se deshizo del pan y la comida chatarra por completo, y comenzó a hacer ejercicio regularmente.
