Jeff Bezos – Beverly Hills, $165 Million
February 2020 saw the sale of the most expensive residential home in California, and it was purchased by the CEO of Amazon, Jeff Bezos. Built in 1937 by Warner bros. co-founder Jack Warner, the king-size palatial home formerly belonged to media mogul and billionaire David Geffen.
The $165-million home sprawls across nine acres in Beverly Hills and has two living spaces for guests, a pool, and a tennis court. As if that big fat cheque wasn’t enough, Bezos shelled out a further $10 million to buy another home right next door! Bezos currently holds the top spot as the world’s wealthiest individual with a fortune of $177 billion.
