Joan Collins’ West Hollywood penthouse is located on the 25th floor of its building, Sierra Towers. This means its signature floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide a fantastic view of the California hills, the sunset strip, and the Pacific Ocean.
With an area of 2,260 square feet, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo features a balcony, marble floors, hardwood finishes, and a kitchen with built-in appliances. The apartment building also has a heated pool, valet parking, and round-the-clock security. Having purchased the home in 2007 for $2.7 million, Collins sold it in 2017 for $3 million and now spends most of her time in London and France.
