Katy Perry – L.A. Mansion – $4 Million
As of April 2017, pop star Katy Perry had a net worth of around $280 million so spending $4 million on a villa is like us debating whether to splash out on that bar of chocolate. We mean of course that $4 million is pocket change for the star. The real estate includes 5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms so Perry can certainly accommodate for a couple of guests. It also features a stunning view and a closet that was previously a garage. We highly doubt she ever wears most of the stuff in there though.
Did we mention her gigantic pool? Yes, she has a gigantic pool. Katy probably spends a fair bit on property insurance but again for a star with more money in her bank account than she can see in her online banking summary, it’s fair to say that cost isn’t a problem.
