American actor and singer Joe Jonas decided to spend some of his hard-earned money and built himself a gorgeous new home in Sherman Oaks, after months of renting a house for $40K a month. The whole constriction and decoration cost the popular singer $3.7 million.
His new 5,600 square feet home includes six bathrooms, five bedrooms, a large dining room, living room, fireplace, open kitchen, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. It definitely sounds and looks like a beautiful dream house. One thing is sure, the famous singer has excellent taste when it comes to real estate.
