Diana Ross – Geboren in 1944
Diana Ross was natuurlijk vooral een fantastische zangeres die haar carrière begon in 1959 toen zij nog maar vijftien jaar oud was. Ze brak door met The Supremes in de jaren ’60 en begon haar zeer succesvolle solo carrière in 1969. Diana Ross bracht 24 solo albums uit en schitterde als actrice in films als Lady Sings the Blues, Mahogany en The Wiz. Ze trouwde twee keer.
Met Robert Ellis Silberstein in de jaren ’70 en later van 1986 tot 2000 met Arne Næss jr. De inmiddels 86 jaar oude vrouw ziet er vandaag de dag nog steeds waanzinnig uit en is niet alleen een muzikaal icoon, maar ook een tijdloze beauty.
