Kourtney Kardashian begeisterte im Bikini und erinnerte alle daran, warum sie die Fitnesskönigin des Kardashian-Clans ist. Um ihren Körper in Form zu halten, trainiert Kourtney fünf- bis sechsmal pro Woche und konzentriert sich dabei auf ihre Körpermitte und Gesäßmuskulatur. Sie ernährt sich biologisch, milchfrei und keto-inspiriert, schreckt aber auch nicht vor einer „Cheat Meal“ zurück, wenn sie Heißhunger verspürt. Sie praktiziert auch intermittierendes Fasten, um sich im Gleichgewicht zu halten.
