Kourtney Kardashian begeisterte im Bikini und erinnerte alle daran, warum sie die Fitnesskönigin des Kardashian-Clans ist. Bekannt durch „Keeping Up with the Kardashians“ und als Gründerin der Wellnessmarke Poosh, hat sie sich schon immer für einen gesunden Lebensstil eingesetzt. Im Juni 2024 gab sie bekannt, dass sie und ihr Ehemann, Travis Barker von Blink-182, ihre Haushalte zusammenlegen.
Um ihren Körper in Form zu halten, trainiert Kourtney fünf- bis sechsmal pro Woche und konzentriert sich dabei auf ihre Körpermitte und Gesäßmuskulatur. Sie ernährt sich biologisch, milchfrei und keto-inspiriert, schreckt aber auch nicht vor einer „Cheat Meal“ zurück, wenn sie Heißhunger verspürt. Sie praktiziert auch intermittierendes Fasten, um sich im Gleichgewicht zu halten.
