Celebrating 30 years in show business, Lisa Riley is a long-time favorite for television viewers in the UK. She rose to fame playing ‘Mandy Dingle’ in the classic show ‘Emmerdale,’ a character to which she has now returned after eighteen years.
But that is not all the gorgeous actress is celebrating. Lisa has struggled with her weight for many years, and the fear of developing Type 2 diabetes finally pushed her to make a change. She began by replacing all her usual unhealthy foods with home-cooked healthier meals and regular exercise. Now, 168 pounds lighter, Lisa looks radiant, and we wish her a wealth of joy.
