The stunning actress took time off the screen to de-stress and began her journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Aguilera turned to meditation and Yoga for Zen and incorporated a low-calorie diet plan. Besides, she also took Garcinia Cambogia and probiotics supplements to ensure her body’s digestion system was on track.
