Adam Richman actually has a legit excuse for eating so much and putting on weight. The ‘Man v. Food’ star is paid to do it! Yet, is it really worth it, when that same career is loading you with insecurities and health risks? This is what flipped the switch for Richman, who decided to turn over a new leaf.
He didn’t hesitate in consulting a nutritionist and the professional foodie was put on a calorie-deficit diet. He even played soccer to keep his body moving and now, compliments are all he hears after a whopping 70-pound drop!
