Mo’Nique – Over 100 pounds, Dietary Change & Exercise
With her Oscar-winning performance in ‘Precious,’ Mo’Nique instantly became a part of that select group of Hollywood elite favored with fame and wealth. But the outspoken actress has had to struggle with her weight for years like many other people.
Weighing nearly 300 pounds at one point in life, Mo’Nique decided to take matters into her own hands and turn her life around. Famously shunning surgical procedures designed to facilitate weight-loss, the talented thespian opted to re-evaluate her dietary choices and began working out at the gym. The results have been amazing, and Mo’Nique has lost over 100 pounds since she embarked on her fitness journey.
