Michael Fassbender – 42 Pounds, 900 Calorie Diet
Michael Fassbender has found a tremendous degree of fame and wealth appearing in muscle-bound roles on-screen, but for his 2008 film ‘Hunger,’ the strapping man underwent an intense weight-loss regimen. The Irish-German actor has since then come forward with more details of his experience.
Michael began dropping body mass by adopting a 900 calorie-a-day diet combined with exercises like yoga, skipping, and walking.
