Adele é uma das melhores cantoras da atualidade e sempre foi muito linda, independentemente de seu peso. Ao longo dos anos, nós a vimos perder muitos quilos e é, obviamente, devido ao esforço da estrela.
Mais recentemente, Adele deixou todo mundo (inclusive nós) de queixos caídos após perder quase 20 quilos. A perda de peso foi resultado de sua incrível dedicação a uma rotina fitness e dieta saudável. Adele passou a fazer sessões de treinamento particular e praticar pilates regularmente (com uma instrutora brasileira!). A estrela com certeza merece todos os elogios!
